The Company owns:
- Templates
- Automations and workflows
- Website structures
- Proprietary tools, frameworks, and systems
These items cannot be transferred to another platform.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is 100 percent secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. SMS & A2P Compliance
To activate SMS features, clients must provide:
- EIN
- Business details
- Website URL
- Message samples
Messages must comply with carrier rules. Non-compliant messaging may result in suspension.
9. Your Rights

- Update your information
- Export your contacts (after the 3-month commitment)
- Request deletion after account closure

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
